- Shortlist round halfway
This weekend we are halfway through the shortlist round, and despite some (solved) issues with Facebook and Insta, votes are coming in faster than ever! This weekend we will surpass the total votes of last year's shortlist, and we are so happy to see this celebration happening online!
- New "Vote!" graphics available
To support the nominees in their campaigns, we have created updated versions of the "Vote!" graphics. You are again welcome to use these as you best see fit, or build your own outstanding visual using the separate elements in our EPK folder. You can find all here: fantasy-awards.com/presskit
- Encourage your friends to join
Voting is an essential part of the Fantasy Awards, and so is the actual award show itself! We therefore welcome you to come join the party with us, live on the 2nd of March in the P60 in Amstelveen. Let your friends know about this event, and bring them over too to enjoy three live concerts and the hand-out of the awards.
Tickets are available through our (restored) Facebook event, or directly via: p60.nl/celtcast2024
- Line-up
"This year the evening will be opened by Plunder, who will be sure to get the party started with a mix of their well-known party folk and some new endeavours resulting from the new line-up, check out their new promo video at https://youtu.be/zWsvyJ2c4UY
Next, two Balfolk bands will keep you on your dancing feet:
The Duo Exqueezit, made-up of Bert Leemans and Erik de Jong, will create a full soundscape with a wide array of mainly Western European dancing traditions, ranging from slow and cozy to very lively balfolk dances. Find out more at folkmuzikant.nl/exqueezit
Bert Leemans won't go far from the stage, because together with Guus Herremans they are Airboxes and they will use their chromatic (Bert’s) and diatonic (Guus’) accordion to bring magical tunes to the P60. Check out their story at: airboxes.be"
